What do you need to know?
Timing is 0800-1300hrs (Arrive between 0730-0800hrs if you would like to learn how to set up a Range).
Dress for those days is comfortable civilian clothing as you will be down on mats.
Bring a Snack or Lunch and a refillable water bottle. You can eat on your own time between relays.
Between relays you will have some time so bring a game you can share or use this time to get to know your peers or even do some homework.
