📢 Announcements – Monday January 15th

The dress for Monday, January 15th will be C2.

Cadets taking part in the Pearl Harbor trip have been given the opportunity to fundraise towards their trip by selling pepperettes! The order forms and information can be found on Facebook and under the Events tab on the website.

The Winter FTX has been rescheduled for February. Check out the calendar to see the new dates and stay tuned for more details.

If you still have OPC tickets, bring them back as soon as possible. They are long overdue.

To verify you have signed up for an event, check the “Have I signed up?” page. Here’s how to find it. If you sign up for an event, you are expected to attend.

There will be a drill team practice this Friday at Ardagh Bluffs.

102 Barrie ‘Silver Fox’ Royal Air Cadet Squadron & The Barrie Colts have partnered to fundraise for 102 Squadron. February 17th at 7:30 pm The Barrie Colts will be playing the Niagara Ice Dogs. The Colts have offered us a special rate of $20.00 inclusive of tax for tickets, with $6.00 of each ticket sold to be donated back to our squadron! The order form can be downloaded here and can also be found under the Events tab.

Sports!! There will be a Tri-Service sports day this Saturday (Jan 13th) @ CFB Borden. The event will run from 0730-1600hrs. See the sign-up for more info. Cadets are to meet at the Armoury for 7:30 and must have their health card and a water bottle. Sign-up and show up to help us show the army and sea cadets that we’re the best cadet unit in Barrie!

Monday night parades are mandatory and attendance is factored into level passing and promotions. If you cannot attend a parade night, make sure to excuse yourself by emailing attendance@102squadron.com at least 1 hour before the start of an event.
